Positive: Writing I would like to share my feedback regarding our recent stay. Overall, everything was good, and we appreciated the general quality of the service. However, there were a few important issues that significantly affected our experience. We were a group of 7 people staying for two nights, yet only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. This was clearly insufficient for a group of our size and was quite unexpected. Additionally, we arrived very late, around 2:00 AM, with children. Given these circumstances, I kindly requested a small adjustment of just two extra hours for check-out. Unfortunately, this request was declined unless we paid an additional fee. While I understand that this may be hotel policy, I found the lack of flexibility disappointing—especially considering we were traveling with kids and had a difficult arrival time. Hospitality should go beyond strict rules and consider the human aspect of each situation. A small gesture of understanding in this case would have made a big difference. Aside from these issues, everything else was good. However, I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both basic provisions and customer care in the future. Mooi park met ruime huizen, maar niet zoals beloofd rookvrij en alleen voor vakantiedoeleinden te gebruiken. Ligging erg Positive: Mooi ruim huis op mooie locatie. Negative: Het zou een rookvrij huis moeten zijn en dat was helemaal niet het geval. De rook zat overal, in de bank, gordijnen. Daarnaast mocht het park niet voor werkdoelen gebruikt worden en een auto bij de accommodatie. Daar hielden mensen zich niet aan. Een Roemeense auto reed direct achter mij aan onder de slagboom en mensen haalden elkaar op bij de uitgang door net te doen of ze weggingen en achteruit te rijden het park weer op, zodat iemand via de uitgang onder de slagboom door kon. Doordat er vanaf 17:00 uur geen personeel meer is, geeft dit een onprettig gevoel.

Positive: Ruime woonkamer Negative: Hygiëne in het huisje, park is gedateerd

Positive: Het was een fijne en complete accomodatie en de voorzieningen op het park waren erg leuk voor de kinderen Negative: Helaas was er gerookt in het huisje wat eigenlijk niet toegestaan is. De geur was helaas de hele midweek aanwezig ondanks veelvuldig luchten .

Mooie locatie, prima huisje alleen mag er wel wat meer gelet worden op schoonmaak/hygiene Positive: Faciliteiten van het park Negative: Schimmel in wasmachine, veel stof, railing langs trap plakkerig van viezigheid
